Plain and simple:  A weight loss program that doesn’t require you to make changes in your lifestyle is a fad diet!

Permanent weight-loss requires making new decisions.  Remember the old adage – “The definition of madness is doing things in the same old way and expecting different results.”  Any program that tells you can lose weight without eating less or doing moderate exercise is just trying to sell you something.
